Flight Information Policy
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information (airline and flight number) at the time of booking. If one is not provided at the time of booking, NYC Drivers LLC is not responsible for delays of pickup.
Pricing Policy

Wire Fee Policy
Wire transfers less than USD 1000 shall be charged an additional USD 50.00 fee per wire transfer.

No Smoking Policy
All NYC Drivers vehicles are non smoking. Clients agree not to smoke during any trip. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee will apply. This policy protects vehicle cleanliness and passenger comfort.

Clients must review all booking details before confirming a reservation. This includes travel date, pickup time, destination, and vehicle type. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect service quality.
Cancellations and Adjustments under Terms and Conditions
Clients may request changes or cancellations by contacting our team. Some adjustments may require additional fees depending on timing and vehicle availability. This ensures fair scheduling for all clients.
Lost and Found
NYC Drivers LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We make reasonable efforts to help clients recover forgotten belongings.
