Flight Information Policy
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information — including airline name and flight number — at the time of booking.
If accurate flight details are not provided at the time of booking, NYC Drivers LLC is not responsible for delays in pickup resulting from incomplete information.
Pricing Policy
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice.
Fares may be higher during holidays or special events. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Wire Transfer Fee Policy
Wire transfers are accepted for all bookings. Please note the following fee structure:
Wire transfers under USD $1,000 will incur an additional processing fee of USD $50.00 per transfer.
No Smoking Policy
All NYC Drivers vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Clients agree not to smoke during any trip. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee will apply. This policy protects vehicle cleanliness and the comfort of all passengers.
Reservation Accuracy
Clients must carefully review all booking details before confirming a reservation. This includes travel date, pickup time, destination, and vehicle type. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect service quality and punctuality.
Cancellations & Adjustments
Clients may request changes or cancellations by contacting our team directly. Some adjustments may require additional fees depending on timing and vehicle availability. This ensures fair scheduling for all clients.
Lost & Found
NYC Drivers LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in any vehicle. We make reasonable efforts to assist clients in recovering forgotten belongings. We encourage all clients to report missing items as promptly as possible.
