Booking Cancellations

We allow clients to cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a partial fee.

Refunds & Adjustments

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days for eligible canceled bookings. We also handle booking adjustments efficiently — including changes to pickup times or vehicle types — ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not show up for a scheduled ride without prior notice, the booking fee may be forfeited. We encourage all clients to inform us in advance to avoid fees and to maintain our reliable service standards.
